Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused and unworn, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at shop@hexagon.fi. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Hexagon Intergalactic Oy, Lakkalantie 178, 54590 Kaitjärvi.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We don’t accept items returned without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items can’t be returned, including custom-made works. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you received and purchase a new one once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If the conditions above don’t prevent it, you have the right to cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide an explanation. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused and unworn, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
